Description
The course only has 6 lessons to help learn how to be a more effective instructor. Despite the short length, we take an in-depth look at every aspect of a typical personal training session, including warm-up, cardiovascular exercises, various forms of resistance training, cool down and stretching exercises. There is also an extensive video exercise library to support you in learning the correct technique for a broad range of exercises categories, mobilisations and stretches. Students are also required to complete a voluntary, supervised fitness internship record.

Prerequisites
Students are required to have already completed and passed the first 3 terms of study as part of the NPTC programme; namely, Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness instruction, Nutrition, Business skills, and Programme design.
